These terms govern your use of the Cincinnati Siding Pros website and referral service.

The referral service

Cincinnati Siding Pros is a referral service. We connect callers with independent local siding providers. We do not perform siding work, and we are not a party to any contract you enter into with a provider. Each provider is an independent business responsible for its own work, pricing, warranties, licensing and insurance.

Estimates and information

Content on this website is general information about siding services, not a quote, an engineering assessment or a guarantee of any provider's pricing, availability or workmanship. Any price for work is set out in the written estimate and contract provided by the provider you choose.

Your responsibilities

As with any contractor you hire, you are responsible for your own due diligence — including confirming scope in writing and verifying any credentials a provider presents — before authorizing work.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Cincinnati Siding Pros is not liable for work performed by independent providers, or for disputes arising under contracts between you and a provider.
